2. Minimum chargeable weight per carton for truck delivery is 10KG.
3. Batteries, liquids, and powders are prohibited. If discovered due to misdeclaration, a fine of ¥5,000 RMB will be imposed, and the sender will bear all return fees, airport unpacking charges, and overseas handling costs.
4. For smooth customs clearance, declare all items accurately and completely using the required commercial invoice/packing list template. Misdeclaration or omission is strictly prohibited.
5. If misdeclaration or omission is discovered at our warehouse, a fine of ¥5,000 RMB applies. If discovered by port/customs authorities, goods will be confiscated without freight refund.
6. Avoid under-declaring values to prevent customs inspections, fines, seizures, and delays. The declared value must be at least 25-30% of the Amazon selling price.
7. Final delivery by truck.

1. Torn, deformed, or irregular cartons, or those with insufficient surface area for a label, will be rejected.
2. Volumetric weight divisor: 6000. Chargeable weight is the greater of actual or volumetric weight.
3. The declared description (brand, material, etc.) must match the actual goods. The shipper bears full responsibility for any customs delays, seizures, and additional costs resulting from discrepancies. (Note: Canadian inspection costs are approximately CAD $2,000;storagefeesareapproximatelyCAD$5,000. Actual costs apply.)

• Standard per piece: Pieces under 10KG are charged as 10KG.

• Standard Cartons:
  1. No side exceeding 63 cm for standard fulfillment centers.
  2. Single carton size: 45 cm × 35 cm × 20 cm.
• Weight Limits:
  1. Standard cartons must not exceed 22 kg. Cartons over 22 kg must be labeled "Heavy Package" and "Team Lift."
  2. Maximum weight per piece: 30 kg.
• Pallet Standards:
  • Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 cm × 100 cm × 160 cm.
  • Maximum weight per pallet: 680 kg.
