1. Cartons that are torn, deformed, or whose surface area is insufficient for attaching one shipping label will be rejected. Irregularly shaped cartons are not accepted.
2. The chargeable weight is determined by the greater of the actual weight or the volumetric weight.
3. The declared description (including brand, material, essential elements, etc.) must match the actual goods. Otherwise, the consignor assumes full responsibility for any customs inspection delays, seizures, and all resulting additional costs. (PS: Customs examination costs in Canada are approximately CAD $2,000,andwarehousestoragefeesareapproximatelyCAD$5,000. Please be advised that actual costs will apply!)

• Standard Single Piece Rate: Pieces under 10KG will be charged as 10KG.
• Oversized Length Surcharges:
  1. Longest side 110CM ≤ side < 120CM: +150 RMB/piece; Longest side 120CM ≤ side ≤ 239CM: +250 RMB/piece; Longest side 240CM ≤ side ≤ 270CM: +850 RMB/piece.
  2. Second-longest side 70CM ≤ side ≤ 75CM: +250 RMB/piece; Second-longest side exceeding 75CM is not accepted.
  3. Any single side exceeding 270CM requires a special quote.
• Oversized Girth Surcharges (Length + (Width + Height)*2):
  • Girth 260CM ≤ total ≤ 320CM: +755 RMB/piece.
  • Girth 320CM < total < 410CM: +800 RMB/piece.
  • Girth exceeding 410CM requires a special quote.
• Overweight Surcharges (Single Piece Actual Weight):
  1. 22KG ≤ weight ≤ 30KG: +230 RMB/piece.
  2. 30KG < weight ≤ 40KG: +755 RMB/piece.
  3. 41KG ≤ weight ≤ 65KG: +800 RMB/piece.
  4. Weight exceeding 65KG requires a special quote.
• Non-Standard Packaging Fee (+200 RMB/piece):
  • Irregular packaging, soft packaging (e.g., plastic bags, bubble mailers).
  • Items not fully enclosed in corrugated cardboard.
  • Any items bound with metal, plastic, or cloth straps.
  • 【Packaging】 Any item not fully enclosed in a corrugated cardboard shipping container, including tires.
  • 【Packaging】 Any package with an outer container not made of corrugated cardboard, including but not limited to canvas, leather, metal, wood, hard plastic, soft plastic, or expanded polystyrene foam.
  • 【Packaging】 Any package bound with metal, plastic, or cloth straps, or packages with wheels, casters, handles, or strapping.
  • Any cylindrical items, including but not limited to drums, pails, cans, kegs, mailing tubes, or barrels.

  • 【Packaging】 Any other package requiring special handling, at UPS's discretion.

1. This is a tax-included channel.
2. A minimum chargeable weight of 10KG per carton applies. Cartons under 10KG will be charged as 10KG.
3. Undeclared batteries, if discovered, will incur a fine of 5,000 RMB, and the shipper will bear all associated return fees, airport sorting fees, and overseas handling charges.
4. For smooth customs clearance, declare goods accurately! Provide detailed information as per the commercial invoice/packing list template. Do misdeclare or omit declarations.
5. Misdeclaration or omission discovered at our warehouse will incur a 5,000 RMB fine. If discovered by port/customs authorities, goods may be confiscated with no freight refund.
6. Please avoid under-declaring values, as this can lead to customs inspections, fines, seizures, and delays. Declare a value of at least 25-30% of the Amazon selling price.
7. All UPS billing disputes must be raised within 3 months.
8. Last-mile delivery is primarily handled by UPS.
