Size & Weight Requirements

① Minimum chargeable weight per piece: 10KG.

② Overweight fee (per piece ≥22KG): 240 RMB.

③ Oversized fee (longest side ≥120CM or second-longest side ≥75CM): 240 RMB.

④ Over-girth fee (girth ≥265CM and ≤319CM): 240 RMB.

⑤ Overweight and oversized fees will be combined if applicable. However, pieces that are both oversized/overweight and exceed the maximum girth limit will be rejected.

Rejection criteria:

Longest side ≥170CM
Single carton weight ≥40KG
Girth ≥320CM (Girth = [2 × (shortest sides)] + longest side)

Important Notes

① Amazon shipments must have a valid FBA label on the outer carton. Waterproof thermal labels are recommended to avoid issues such as damage, detachment, or warehouse rejection due to label quality.

② All cartons must display a "Made in China" label to prevent export/customs delays or penalties.

③ Provide accurate customs declaration details to avoid seizures, destruction, returns, or fines.

④ Ensure correct Shipment ID, Reference ID, and consignee address to prevent delivery failure, delays, or additional charges.

⑤ We conduct random carton inspections to verify declaration accuracy. Intentional misdeclaration or concealment will incur a fine starting at 10,000 RMB per shipment, plus actual handling fees.

Note: We are not liable for any negative consequences arising from customer failure to comply with the above requirements. We reserve the right to seek compensation for significant losses incurred due to such non-compliance.

Declaration Requirements

① For non-tax-inclusive channels, duties are billed as incurred. To ensure smooth customs clearance and minimize inspection risks, the declared value must be no less than 30% of the Amazon selling price.

② Minimum declared value per cubic meter:

Vancouver area: ≥400 USD
Toronto area: ≥300 USD
