US-to-Canada OA Truck Delivery

1. Overweight surcharge: 10 RMB per piece for goods weighing ≥30KG but ≤65KG.
2. Oversized surcharge (length): 20 RMB per piece for cartons with the longest side >120CM and ≤150CM.
3. Oversized surcharge (length): 30 RMB per piece for cartons with the longest side >150CM and ≤200CM.

1. All Amazon shipments must have a valid FBA label affixed to the outer carton. Waterproof thermal labels are recommended to prevent issues such as damage or detachment.
2. Cartons must display a "Made in China" label to avoid export refusal or customs penalties.
3. Provide accurate customs declaration details to prevent seizures, destruction, or fines.
4. Ensure correct Shipment ID, Reference ID, and consignee address to avoid delivery failures or additional charges.
5. Intentional misdeclaration or concealment will incur a fine of 10,000 RMB per shipment, plus actual handling costs.
   Note: We are not liable for consequences arising from customer non-compliance. We reserve the right to seek compensation for losses.

1. For non-tax-inclusive channels, declared value must be ≥30% of the Amazon selling price.
2. Minimum declared value per cubic meter: Vancouver ≥400 USD; Toronto ≥300 USD.

1. Pricing Scope:
   • Quotes cover single items with longest side <220CM and weight <900KG.
   • Beyond these limits, flatbed truck rates apply (varies by region; confirm separately).
   • Clients may self-unload.
   • Accepts full pallets, wooden crates, oversized/heavy/irregular items (crates must have hinges).
   • No unloading service for shipments >20 CBM.
2. Returned Shipments:
   • Returns due to residential address refusal or incorrect addresses will incur storage, handling, and redelivery fees.
   • No claims accepted for lost returned items.
3. Acceptable/Prohibited Goods:
   • Accepted: General cargo, internal batteries.
   • Prohibited: Liquids, powders, food, cosmetics, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, plants, antiques, counterfeit goods, weapons, hazardous materials, etc.
4. Vancouver Direct Route:
   • Maximum 5 product types per shipment.
   • No anti-dumping or consolidated goods.
5. Weight Calculation:
   • Volumetric weight: L×W×H/6000.
   • Chargeable weight is the greater of actual or volumetric weight.
   • Items with any side ≥240CM require a custom quote.
6. Packaging Services:
   • Carton replacement: 50 RMB/unit.
   • Wooden crate: 260 RMB/CBM (min. 1 CBM).
   • Wooden frame: 160 RMB/CBM (min. 1 CBM).
   • Pallet: 100 RMB/unit (standard size 1×1.2M).
     Note: We cannot guarantee 100% damage-free transit for repackaged items.
7. Additional Charges:
   • Reinforcing damaged cartons: 5 RMB/box (min. 50 RMB/shipment).
   • Fumigation: 800 RMB/shipment; commodity inspection: 1,000 RMB/shipment.
   • Re-inspection/remeasurement: 10 RMB/CBM (min. 50 RMB/shipment).
   • Custom clearance: 400 RMB/shipment + 50 RMB/additional page.
   • Address changes: 200 RMB/shipment.
   • Storage: Free for 30 days domestically; overseas: 3 CAD/CBM/day after 3 free days.
8. Key Policies:
   • Misdeclaration may result in fines ≥50 RMB/KG (min. 500 RMB) and liability for customs penalties.
   • Changes after truck dispatch incur 150 CAD/attempt.
   • Wooden packaging must be bark-free (composite boards only).
   • Branded goods require authorization letters.
   • No compensation for delays or losses due to incorrect documentation.
9. Transit Time:
   • Vancouver: ~14 working days after arrival.
   • Toronto: ~25 working days after arrival.
     Note: Transit times are estimates; we are not liable for delays.
10. Special Services:
    • Private belongings clearance requires recipient’s passport, ID, and detailed inventory.
    • Overweight truck surcharge: Chargeable weight = Actual weight (KG) ÷ 400.

1. One ZIP code = one shipment. Label with: Channel code, piece count, client name, original tracking number.
2. Provide accurate packing lists and commercial invoices.
3. Delivery beyond listed cities requires a custom quote.
4. Address changes or holds must be requested before departure from the domestic operation center.
5. Return fees due to carrier issues are borne by the shipper.
6. Address changes/returns after labeling: 0.5 CAD/KG (min. 100 CAD/shipment).
7. Use sturdy cartons; no liability for damage due to poor packaging.
