US Matson Service - Express Delivery

1. Minimum chargeable weight per shipment: 12 kgs (charged as 12 kgs if below).
2. Remote area surcharge: +2 RMB/kg; Residential address surcharge: 35 RMB/box. Surcharges are combined for addresses that are both remote and residential.
3. Service is limited to the contiguous 48 US states. We do not accept PO Boxes, military addresses, or shipments to zip codes 006-009 (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands), 966-969 (Hawaii, Guam), or 995-999 (Alaska). Returns due to address issues or rejection will incur storage, handling, and redelivery fees. No claims accepted for lost returns.
4. Misdeclaration of prohibited goods, brands, quantities, or product names will result in confiscation and a fine of 10,000 RMB/shipment, plus actual customs penalties and storage costs.
5. Clients are responsible for ensuring products comply with destination country import standards. The client bears all responsibility for customs disputes or seizures due to product non-compliance.
6. Export declaration:
   • General trade: 350 RMB/shipment, +50 RMB per additional page for 6-12 HS codes.
   • Yida Tong declaration: 500 RMB/shipment, +50 RMB per additional page for 6-12 HS codes.
   • Purchase-based commodity inspection: 600 RMB/HTS (mainly bamboo/wood products, no certificate provided).
   • Documentation-based commodity inspection: 800 RMB/HTS (mainly bamboo/wood products, certificate can be client-provided).
   • Clients are responsible for export declaration details matching system orders.

1. Volumetric weight: L*W*H/6000. Final delivery via UPS/FEDEX, includes destination import duties. Minimum charge per carton: 10 kg.
2. Packaging: Use sturdy cartons; "MADE IN CHINA" label on outer carton and each product; two FBA labels per box.
3. Certified products require pre-shipment approval. We only verify certificate existence, not authenticity. Clients bear responsibility if certificates are rejected by US customs.
4. Stated transit times exclude delays from customs inspections, port congestion, route changes, arrival delays, epidemics, strikes, or holidays.

1. Max per piece: 22.5 kg actual weight, 120 cm longest side, 75 cm second longest side, 266 cm girth. Surcharges apply if exceeded.
2. Overweight surcharge (22.5 kg ≤ weight ≤ 68 kg): 280 RMB/piece. Pieces >68 kg rejected.
3. Oversized surcharge (longest side 121 cm - 243 cm OR any other side ≥75 cm): 150 RMB/piece. Longest side >243 cm rejected.
4. Over-girth surcharge:
   • 266 cm ≤ girth ≤ 320 cm: 230 RMB/piece.
   • 320 cm < girth ≤ 410 cm: 1250 RMB/piece.
5. If multiple surcharges apply, only the highest single surcharge is levied.
6. Pieces exceeding max dimensions or girth are rejected. These are carrier limits; clients are responsible for Amazon's requirements.
7. Use sturdy, undamaged cartons. We are not liable for damage/loss due to poor packaging.
8. Affix product barcodes and two FBA labels securely. Do not cover thermal labels with tape. Clients bear costs from label-related delivery failures.
9. Non-compliant packaging is rejected (see detailed list below). A fee of 170 RMB/carton will be charged for non-compliant packaging discovered after shipment.

• Currently accepting general cargo only (non-powered, non-liquid, non-powder). Pure batteries and hazardous materials are not accepted.
• Items with built-in batteries require case-by-case approval, a surcharge of +0.5 RMB/kg, and an MSDS certificate.
• Prohibited items include counterfeits, tobacco, liquids, powders, food, perishables, drugs, e-cigarettes, pigments, preserved flowers, corrosive items, flammables, explosives, weapons, etc. Seizure and fines apply for misdeclaration.
• Important: Per customs regulations, lithium batteries (including built-in) must bear UN3480/UN3481 labels. Fines from 10,000 - 60,000 RMB may apply for non-compliance.
