US Matson Service - Truck Delivery

1. Minimum Charge:
   • Tax-Included Channels: Minimum chargeable weight per shipment: 100 kgs. Weight rounded up to the nearest whole kg (e.g., 105.3 kg → 106 kg).
   • Non-Tax-Included Channels: Minimum charge per shipment: 1 CBM. Volume under 1 CBM is charged as 1 CBM. Over 1 CBM is charged based on the actual volume.
2. Misdeclaration of prohibited goods, brands, quantities, or product names will result in confiscation and a fine of 5,000 RMB/shipment, plus actual customs penalties and storage costs.
3. Clients are responsible for ensuring products comply with the destination country's import standards. The client bears all responsibility for customs disputes or seizures due to product non-compliance.
4. Export Declaration:
   • General Trade: 350 RMB/shipment + 50 RMB per additional page for 6-12 HS codes.
   • Yida Tong Declaration: 500 RMB/shipment + 50 RMB per additional page for 6-12 HS codes.
   • Purchase-based Commodity Inspection: 600 RMB/HTS (e.g., bamboo/wood products, no certificate provided).
   • Documentation-based Commodity Inspection: 800 RMB/HTS (e.g., bamboo/wood products, certificate can be client-provided).
   • Clients are responsible for discrepancies between actual goods and system declarations for tax-refund eligible shipments.

1. Volumetric weight: L*W*H/6000. Price includes destination import duties.
2. Packaging:
   • Use sturdy outer cartons.
   • "MADE IN CHINA" label required on the outer carton and each product.
   • Two FBA labels per carton.
3. Products requiring certification must be pre-approved. We only verify the existence of certificates, not their authenticity. Clients bear responsibility if certificates are rejected by customs.
4. Stated transit times exclude delays from customs inspections, port congestion, route changes, arrival delays, epidemics, strikes, or holidays.

1. Surcharge: 10 RMB/piece for items >30 kg but ≤70 kg (actual weight).
2. Sea Truck Service (Tax-Included/Non-Tax-Included):
   • Longest side >120 cm & ≤150 cm: +15 RMB/piece.
   • Longest side >150 cm & ≤200 cm: +20 RMB/piece.
   • Longest side >200 cm: Not accepted.
   • Overweight and oversized surcharges apply concurrently if applicable.
3. Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with Amazon's FBA shipment requirements.
4. Use sturdy, undamaged cartons. We are not liable for damage or loss due to poor packaging.
5. Affix barcodes and FBA labels securely before shipping. Do not cover thermal labels with tape. Clients bear costs from label-related delivery failures.

• Tax-Included Channels: Consolidated cargo cleared under a single entry. We cover origin inspection fees and related demurrage. Destination inspection costs or seizures due to brand/certification/quality issues are fully borne by the responsible client.
• Non-Tax-Included Channels:
  • Duties, handling fees, and harbor maintenance fees are billed as incurred.
  • Declared value must be ≥30% of the selling price (proof may be required).
  • Provide accurate product descriptions and HS codes. Must accept the customs broker's HS code classification and tax assessment if disputed.
  • Tariff payments must be confirmed on the day of invoicing.
  • Prices do not include destination inspection fees, resulting demurrage, storage, or truck waiting fees at Amazon FBA warehouses. These costs are shared proportionally based on shipment volume (Formula: (Total cost / 65) * Shipment Volume) and billed to the shipper.

• Accepted: General cargo only (non-powered, non-liquid, non-powder). Pure batteries and hazardous materials are not accepted.
• Items with Built-in Batteries: Require case-by-case approval, a surcharge of +0.5 RMB/kg, and an MSDS certificate.
• Prohibited Items: Counterfeits, tobacco, liquids, powders, food, perishables, drugs, e-cigarettes, pigments, preserved flowers, corrosive items, flammables, explosives, weapons, etc. Seizure and fines apply for misdeclaration.
• Important: Lithium batteries (including built-in) must bear UN3480/UN3481 labels. Fines from 10,000 - 60,000 RMB may apply for non-compliance.
